Biography

Kathleen Hancock is the newest attorney to join our Storm & Piscopo, P.C. A longtime resident of DeKalb County, Kathleen served as our Senior Law clerk since 2022, after working at a community bank in DeKalb, Illinois. Kathleen graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law in December of 2022 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in May of 2023. Throughout law school, Kathleen took a special interest in family law and employment matters. She was a member of the Juvenile and Family Law Association and enjoyed attending speaker events for a variety of organizations as a student at NIU. Kathleen has also developed a strong background in banking and trusts. She is available to assist clients with their estate planning, trust and probate needs, and other areas of our practice.

Kathleen is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Rotaract Club of Sycamore, a local affiliate of Rotary International designed specifically for young professionals to be active in their communities.
